Hashizume Noodles’ Classic Steamed Noodles
These are Hashizume Noodles’ signature steamed noodles, continuously refined and evolved through our own proprietary blend since their initial release.
Using low-pressure heated steam, the noodles are finished with a rich flavor and a firm, resilient texture.
When pan-fried on both sides, they develop a crispy exterior while remaining soft and chewy inside.
They are ideal for a wide range of dishes, including ankake yakisoba and simple salt-seasoned fried noodles.
